Our Treatment

Your initial consultation lasts 30 minutes where we will discuss your medical history and details of the pain you are experiencing. Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your health and symptoms, we will examine all relevant joints. We will quickly learn if a GP referral is necessary. Treatment is included within your initial consultation. Treatment should not be painful, we only use light pressures. It reduces muscle spasms and inflammation and will provide significant pain relief. We use the following techniques:

• Soft tissue techniques - We will apply light to firmer pressure on relevant muscle tissues.
• Manipulation - This is often accompanied with a clicking sound and we will only go ahead with this if the patient is happy.
• Articulation - Gentle joint movements.
