During your first 30 minute consultation, we will discuss your medical history and the symptoms you are experiencing. Therefore we can decide if a GP referral is necessary. Once we have all the information we need, we will examine all relevant joints. Treatment is included within your first consultation. Treatment should not be painful, just let us know if it is at all and the pressure will be reduced. Treatment will reduce muscle spasms and inflammation to provide significant pain relief. We use the following techniques:

• Manipulation - These movements are sometimes accompanied with a clicking sound - we will ask if you are comfortable with this!
• Soft tissue techniques - Light and firm pressure is applied.
• Articulation - Gentle joint movements
