First Consultation

Your initial appointment lasts around 30 minutes. We’ll discuss your symptoms and medical history, then examine and treat the relevant joints and muscles. If needed, we’ll advise whether a GP referral is required.

Techniques used:

  • Manipulation (optional – may cause gentle clicking)
  • Articulation (controlled joint movements)
  • Soft tissue techniques (light to firm muscle pressure)

Appointments:

  • Follow-ups last 20–30 minutes.
