Osteopathy can help relieve muscle pain as it restores muscle elasticity, increases blood flow and relieves tension. It is a form of natural, long lasting pain relief for your joints and muscles. It can help if the pain has been caused by an injury or a medical condition.
If you are suffering with arthritis or back and neck pain, osteopathy may be the treatment for you. Osteopathy is an effective muscular pain relief. It is a system of diagnosis and treatment which should only be carried out by experienced professionals.
We are proud to be registered with The General Osteopathic Council, therefore we are always well-informed of the latest regulations and industry standards. It also means we often partake in assessments to ensure our skills are up to date and standards remain high.
Our Osteopath at our clinic is Mark Walsh - who has had over 25 years of experience in osteopathy. He is a member of The General Osteopathic Council and The Institute of Osteopathy. Osteopathy relieves tension, increases mobility and increases blood supply to the muscle. It is a gentle treatment which used manual techniques such as manipulation, stretching and soft tissue techniques to reduce the body's inflammatory responses and therefore reduce pain.

We will then examine and treat all relevant joints and muscles. The treatment aims to reduce any inflammation and muscle spasms which provides natural pain relief. We will use the following techniques:
